Amanda Stone, MBA, is a results-driven Sales leader in the Technology Industry, with a background in FinTech and HR Tech. Driven by her education in intersectional feminism and workplace inequity, and her experience working in male-dominated fields, Amanda is dedicated to supporting other women as they navigate these spaces and fostering change to make the workplace a more inclusive environment.
Molly Loonam
In addition to serving as one of MOXY’s lead writers, Molly is a copywriter at Arizona State University (ASU). She holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from ASU, and formerly taught elementary school in China and the U.S. In her free time, she enjoys reading thrillers and writing. Her work has been featured in America's Emerging Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers.
Elaine tadic
The national aluminum product manager for EMJ Metals Canada, Elaine will be penning MOXY’s “The Femme Files,” where she will share her industry experiences without fear and with plenty of sass and personality. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Women in Metals Industries and Yves Landry Foundation. Elaine also has her certification in Senior Professional Supply Management and completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership for Managers training program.
Adriana clark
Adriana is the Southeast Region Director of the U.S. Department of Transportation Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) Southeast Region. As the SE Region Director, she is tasked with administering programs designed to enhance the competitive landscape of DOT Small Business customers, including DBEs, SBEs, WOSBs, 8(a), HubZone, SDVOSB and VOSBs, in order to increase their ability to perform on transportation infrastructure projects.
Elyssa Dixon, P.E.
Elyssa Dixon is a mindfulness and meditation coach, and founder of fleeceandforests LLC. She worked as a civil engineer in consulting for about eight years until she realized that her passion lies in helping others succeed. Elyssa's mindfulness practice profoundly changed her life by improving her well-being and making her a better leader and team member. Now she helps individuals grow a mindfulness practice for personal and leadership development.
Cal Beyer, CWP
Cal is the vice president of workforce risk and worker wellbeing at Holmes Murphy. He has over 30 years of safety, insurance and risk management experience, with more than 25 of those serving the construction industry. Previously, Cal was the director of risk management for Lakeside Industries. There, he catalyzed the construction industry mental health and suicide prevention movement that became the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention.

She utilizes her civil engineering degree and 12-year tenure as a nationally known asphalt sales and marketing expert to educate businesses on strategic implementation of a social media presence to build brand authority, increase client engagement, attract employees and grow sales revenue.

Rochelle is responsible for helping to brand the clean and stylish look that is MOXY: The Voice of Women in Infrastructure. She is a freelance graphic designer, photographer, and videographer with 10+ years of experience. Monica is a therapist, speaker, and author. As the owner of Whole Mind Wellness in Southeast Michigan, she specializes in providing treatment for anxiety and trauma. She uses her expertise at local and national speaking events to inspire audiences to conquer obstacles and embrace lives of empowerment. Her literary contributions encompass a wide range of topics, including “Shade of Pink,” which chronicles her breast cancer journey. Additionally, Monica has authored several self-help workbooks, such as “How to Live with Anxiety,” and “The Art of Showing Up: How to Live a Values-Driven Life.”

Noha brings over four years of experience in the Wealth and Asset Management industry and is currently working in Wealth Management at Royal Bank of Canada. Her personal journey, shaped by growing up in a conflict zone, has fueled her deep passion for promoting financial literacy, particularly among women. Outside of her professional life, Noha is dedicated to mentoring high-school girls both in Canada and in conflict-affected areas, driven by her belief that education is the foundation for personal and collective empowerment.
